Wow, you are doing a wonderful job! Is it difficult to keep the right tension? I would be afraid I would pull the grid out of shape. I have wanted to do this kind of stitching for awhile, and had considered basting my work to stiff paper before doing the needle weaving...I think that is how they did it in the 17th century, but it seems like it would be awkward...? Hope that made sense...:)
